Sensei Jeff Lamkins has been studying martial arts history, philosophy, and application for over 20 years and has been
activly teaching for more than 10 years. Some of the Martial Arts Systems that he has studied are:

Although Sensei Jeff Lamkins has studied many different styles and systems, his passion is the art of Kenpo which has
its roots in Hawaii. Known for its agressive style and rapid hand strikes to vital targets such as the eyes, throat, groin,
and knees, Kenpo has a "Most amount of damage in the least amount of time" philosophy in dealing with a violent
attack making it ideal for women and children as well as men.
Originally from Glens Falls New York, Sensei Jeff Lamkins Graduated from The State university of New York (Adirondack
Campus) with a Liberal Arts Degree before continueing on to study Sports Medicine with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology
at Castleton State College in Vermont. It was there he met his wife Randi, and they settled in her hometown of Rockland Maine
where Randi is a high school English teacher. They own and operate a successful martial arts center in Rockland.
Sensei Jeff Lamkins also enjoys acting in martial arts based films.

A loving husband and father of three beautiful girls ages 8, 4, and 2 years old, Sensei Jeff Lamkins often
says when being asked about giving up ones wallet, or car keys to a robber or mugger;
"Nothing I own is worth dying for, but there are four things that I don't own that are worth dying for and
they are my wife Randi and my daughters Autumn, Marina, and Cadence."
